What does "unlimited requests" actually mean?
You can add as many design requests as you like. We work through them one at a time (Studio) or two at a time (Studio Pro). The more focused and clear your briefs, the faster we move through them.
Do you use AI tools?
For efficiency, yes. For creativity, no. AI helps us work faster behind the scenes. But every design that lands in your inbox was conceived, crafted and refined by a real person - not a prompt.
What happens after the introductory period?
After your first 3 months, pricing moves to the standard rate — £595/month for Studio, £895/month for Studio Pro. We'll always give you advance notice and you can cancel before the rate changes if you prefer.
Is there a limit on revisions?
No. We'll keep refining until you're happy with the result. Clear feedback helps us get there faster, but there's no cap on revision rounds.
How do I pay?
Payment is made in advance each month. We accept card payments, direct debit or bank transfer. Work each month will only commence on receipt of payment.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If you need to take a break - whether it's a quiet period, a holiday, or you just don't have briefs ready, you can pause your subscription for up to 30 days. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing date and we'll hold your plan until you're ready to pick back up.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Simple as that.
